We will book the train on your behalf.
For online credit card payments: You will
make secure online credit card payment by completing details from the invoice
sent to your email with ref: PesaPal Invoice.
will be advised on banking details with swiftcode or ABA Number (IBN is not used
Western Union: This
applies to very late bookings or where bank transfers or credit card not possible.
Cash payments can be done in office on arrival after reservation has been made.

All bookings have a Reference Number which you will be given.
Advise delivery or pick up points of tickets. Tickets are not posted outside
/ Rift Valley train has no guarantee for non paid seats.

Tickets are not transferable and alteration of travel dates, there is a charge.
Train cancallation also attracts 10% cancallation fee from the railway station.

Refunds - If payment

IF THERE IS TRAIN CANCELLATION, KINDLY FIND ANY OTHER
ALTERNATIVE MEANS TO TRAVEL.
DO NOT GO TO THE RALWAY STATION FOR THE REFUNDS
AS THE REFUNDS WILL BE LESS BECAUSE OF PESAPAL COMMISSIONS AND BANK WITHDRAWAL
CHARGES. YOU WILL EMAIL US TO LET US KNOW YOU DID NOT TRAVEL WITH THE TRAIN AND
WE WILL THEN EMAIL PESAPAL ABOUT YOUR TRAIN CANCELLATION AND PESAPAL WILL THEN
REVERSE YOUR WHOLE AMOUNT PAID TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
If refund is by wire transfer it can done via same method or cash where applicable.
We do not
carry liability of the train in case of DELAYS
/ CANCELLATIONS or other causes that goes
